Data we collect and for what purpose

We only collect personal data in two cases:

• Contact form: name and e-mail, to answer your enquiry.
• Research survey: data provided voluntarily by the participant for academic purposes.

We do not collect data from children under the age of 14 without parental consent.

Legal basis

The processing is based on the consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, for the survey, on the legitimate interest of academic research (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Conservation

The data from the contact form are kept for the time necessary to deal with the enquiry and for a maximum of 1 year. Survey data is processed in an anonymised form for statistical analysis.

Assignment to third parties

We do not disclose data to third parties, unless legally obliged to do so or to technical providers acting as processors under contract in accordance with the GDPR.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, portability and opposition by writing to info@futureofbilingualeducation.es. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
